Fund Drive rap

Thanks to everyone who called in to pledge during the fund drive! We went well over our goal and we did it because of you!!!

Fund Drive day 3

South 85 will be live in the studio this afternoon about 2pm. Tune in if you can!

Even with some technical problems this morning we still had a good first hour of the fund drive. Not that the problems are solved were pushing for an even better 7am hour.

Fund Drive Day 2

It's day two of our three day fund drive. We had a great day yesterday. We are well on track toward meeting our goal.

We will have some live music in the studio today. Rebecca Zapen (photo above) will be here in the 2pm hour. Tune in if you get a chance.

Consider giving to the station if you can. Call 704 406 3525. We need some Internet listeners to step up to the plate and contribute to the station.

Fund Drive

It's Fund Drive time!!! I'll not have time to blog the playlist today but please consider giving to WGWG. Your pledge will help keep us on the air. No amount is to small! It all helps.

We have a couple of challenge pledges. A potter has challenged other Craft people to pledge to the station and a truck driver has challenged other truckers to give to the station.

We've had another potter answer the challenge to Craft folk to support the station!

Still Looking for a trucker to answer that challenge.

I'm asking listeners from Spartanburg to pledge support this morning for the music of WGWG. I'm playing a spartanburg set right now trying to get calls from there. I've had calls from Gaffney and Greer but not yet from Spartanburg.
