NEW YORK (AP) _ Bob Marley's family members are suing over ringtones. They plan to sue Universal Music and Verizon Wireless over a deal announced Tuesday granting Verizon the right to use Marley's name and likeness to promote their products. Verizon is offering the use of classic Marley songs as ringtones. The Marley family says that was without their permission. Representatives for Verizon and for Universal weren't available for comment.
